I. MapWise Software License. We offer:
Single desktop version For a single user,
Enterprise version For many users at a single or multiple locations.
MapWise Training is offered via a web conference, or on-site training.* We guide you through all MapWise features so that you can maximize its power. A training session is provided at the time of installation, with two follow up sessions to refresh what you learned. See how to:
- Add and edit trademark filings,
- Search by brand, status, International Class, key word,
- Save money by scoring your trademarks,
- Import the image of logos, designs, foreign language marks,
- Monitor deadlines for renewals, maintenance fees, 3rd party responses,
- Accurately record CTM, OAPI, Madrid Protocol/Agreement filings

- Create custom reports (and export to Excel),
- Enhance the data integrity of your records,
- Create power point presentations of worldview filing coverage for senior executives.
If you choose to install MapWise Software, we will send you the materials, and walk you through the installation on the phone.
II. Annual Support. Located in Wisconsin, MapWise Software prides itself on giving you excellent customer support. Expertly trained representatives answer your questions promptly via your choice of phone or e-mail. Throughout the year, we will send releases of bug fixes as soon as they become available.
III. Additional Services.
Custom Installation. We can install MapWise at your site.* We recommend on-site installation for enterprise licenses.
Custom Data Migration. MapWise software contains a data importer so that you can easily import data yourself from a CSV file. Or, we can do the data migration for you. Our goal is to have you up and running as quickly as possible.
Tell us how many records you have and with an example of how they are stored, and we will estimate the time and cost to migrate your data. This includes:
- Migration of your data.
- Review Report of Unloadable Data with you.
- Advise on recordal of your Madrid Protocol/Agreement filings.
- Load design logos, foreign language marks.
Product Code Dictionary. We will assist you in writing a reference document that defines specific Product Codes in relation to the various descriptions of Goods/Services for all your trademarks. This document will give you a uniform way to annotate each trademark filing so that you know immediately what kinds of goods or services a mark protects. When applied to your portfolio systematically, you will have insight into how your portfolio of trademarks protects corporate sources of revenue throughout the world, and help identify potentially new sources of revenue.
